Mission

TF Channel, founded in 2019, is a startup company based in New York. TF Channel develops a service platform that can meet the needs of seniors for communication and assisted living facilities. TF Channel develops technology to provide communications and care-related services to seniors that can ensure their loved ones, caregivers and medical professionals are always just one-click away through video calls and alerts. Their day-to-day care needs can be quickly requested, delivered, and ensured through the TF Channel platform.

The idea of TF Channel came from the personal experience of its founder. In his own words, he tells the story: “A few years ago, before my mom died of Alzheimer’s disease, I used to call her daily to pray together. The years’ experience of calling her made me, an IT professional myself, to think that if there is a hands-free device that stays in her room allows me to visit her freely, send her greetings with love, and connect her to specialists remotely, such a convenience of connection would bring great comforts to us all. This thought resulted in the initial development of TF Channel.”

TF Channel technology and services aim to contribute to affordable and quality care for seniors while reducing costs and workloads for the caregivers. The vision of the company is to make senior care easier with TF Channel and no senior will be left behind with TF Channel in place. Seniors will live a happier life with TF Channel as their companions.
